Graduate and PG Colleges / Skill Institutes
Your degree gets you the interview. Real skills get you the job, or the startup.
Practise on real problems in AI, data and entrepreneurship, and leave with proof you can show.
The story
You’re in college or a skill programme. Placements, internships and “what after this?” are on everyone’s mind.
Every applicant now has the same certificates and an AI-polished CV. Employers want people who have actually solved problems. And for anyone thinking of starting up, a classroom alone doesn’t teach how.
So how do you stand out when everyone looks the same on paper?
Know your fit, practise on real work, then decide: job, higher studies or your own venture. Employers expect 39% of workers’ core skills to change by 2030 (World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025).
Step 1 · Know
Find your fit
Doctors test before they diagnose. Choose your career path the same way: start with an assessment, then decide.
Career guidance (ICGA): which jobs to focus on
Assessment, report and mentoring to match your strengths to roles, sectors and the skills to build.
CareerGraph assessment
Strengths, interests, behaviour and the roles that fit.
Step 2 · Practise
Build proof
AI in the Workplace
A 3-hour experience building agentic automation flows with common AI tools, using real workplace tasks.
Data Science and AI for the Workplace
Boost your personal productivity with data and AI, and be the new hire who delivers from day one.
Entrepreneurship experience
Take the Entrepreneurship Potential assessment, then build and pitch in a hackathon. Want to go further? Enrol in the Nirmaan — School of Entrepreneurial Excellence course.
Hackathon Readiness (one-to-one)
Compete in data science and AI hackathons, including prize-money ones.
Lucky You
Gratitude, mindset and small steps towards placements and your first job.
“Starting a company is jumping off a cliff and assembling the airplane on the way down.”
The Entrepreneurship experience and the Nirmaan course help you build the plane before you jump, including which government loans and grants fit your idea.
Step 3 · Decide
Choose your next move
A mentor session turns your results into a plan: placement, higher studies or a venture, with SMART goals.
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards.”
A mentor helps you choose the next dot with confidence.
