Schools and PU Colleges

Not sure what you want to be? Good. That’s exactly where we start.

Find out what you’re good at, try it for real, then decide, together with your parents and a mentor.

“One child, one teacher, one book and one pen can change the world.”
Malala YousafzaiNobel Peace Prize laureate · address to the UN Youth Assembly (2013)

Every ICGA journey starts with one student, one mentor and one report.

The story

You’re 15, or 18. Everyone has an opinion about your future: school, relatives, social media.

The options keep growing (new degrees, AI jobs, study abroad, startups), and so does the pressure. Most choices still get made on marks or on what a friend picked. Parents want to help without pushing.

So how do you choose a path that’s actually yours, without guessing?

Three steps: know your strengths, practise in the real world, then decide with a plan.

Step 1 · Know

Discover your strengths with data

Stream, college, course, India or abroad? Stop guessing.

Think of it as a health check for career decisions. You wouldn’t accept a doctor’s diagnosis without tests; your child’s stream deserves the same care.

An AI-powered assessment and a 20-page Career Strengths Report show what you’re naturally good at. A mentor then talks it through with you and your parents. By ICGA, for Class 8–12 and PU.

Step 2 · Practise

Try it for real before you commit

  • A bit of both: a customised plan for your school

Student programmes from ₹250 per student. Teacher certification: fees on request.

For parents

Why this is worth it

Evidence before the big spend

A wrong stream choice can cost years and a lot of money. A strengths report costs far less.

Guidance, not pressure

Your child leads; you’re in the room for the report discussion and the plan.

Clear and fair

Prices upfront, UPI or card, GST invoice, published refund policy.

Is it online?

Mostly, yes. Workshops can also run at your school.

Is Class 8 too early?

No. Early clarity means calmer stream choices later.

Do parents join?

Yes, for the report discussion and goal-setting.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a first step.
